    • Top Deals are an aggregated view of the entire B2B second-hand European car market, scanning all suppliers in real-time, to surface the best opportunities based on key factors such as vehicles’ condition, rotation, or expected margin, into one single feed
  • How are Top Deals selected?

    • We prioritize cars with a solid depreciation-to-value ratio, focusing on vehicles with limited mileage and age, and without significant damage (only minor cosmetic issues, such as light paintwork). Such vehicles tend to offer an optimal balance of value retention and price competitiveness. Other key factors may come into play, such as good profit margins, turnover potential, and auction win likelihood. ****
  • How often are Top Deals published?

    • New Top Deals are published continually through the day, as new offers are getting published on suppliers’ websites
  • Where are Top Deals coming from?

    • Top Deals all come from trusted suppliers, market leaders or leasing companies, such as Auto1, Ayvens or Openlane. While INFINIT is continually expanding its connections with suppliers, we currently provide automated integrations with:

  • What information is available for every Top Deal?

    • We collect all the information for every Top Deal, including photos of the car, vehicle characteristics such as engine power or CO2 emissions, and inspection reports when available, also adding layers of market data, with price estimates and market overviews
  • How are prices calculated? Where is market data coming from?

    • We use Indicata, an advanced tool that analyzes data on vehicles similar to those we appraise. Indicata scrapes data from local classified portals like coches.net (Spain) or AutoTrader (UK) to know how many similar vehicles were sold in the past 45 days and at what prices, together with other relevant information
    • Using Indicata, information gathered from the supplier and our own INFINIT expertise, we estimate the recommended selling price and purchase price for each car, as well as a margin range consdiering all potential costs and fees
  • Are inspection reports available for every Top Deal?

    • No, sometimes there aren’t any reports or the reports are not available before the car is purchased

INFINIT Buy

  • What is INFINIT Buy?

    • INFINIT Buy allows you to request INFINIT to buy a Top Deal on your behalf. We participate in the auctions and automatically trigger a financing request if necessary
  • How does INFINIT Buy work?

    1. Click on Buy this car
    2. Confirm your credentials and enter your maximum bid
      • Credentials are securely stored in an encrypted vault
    3. Buying Agent logs in and participates in the auction on your behalf
    4. INFINIT immediately confirms the auction results
    5. If the vehicle is won, a loan application is automatically created and pre-filled
  • How much will INFINIT bid at the auction?

    • INFINIT will bid incrementally to beat other bids, up to your maximum bid
  • Where can I see my purchase requests?

    • In the tab “My purchase requests” of the “My cars” page
  • Can I cancel a purchase request?

    • No, once a purchase request is submitted, INFINIT will attempt to buy the car for you. However, depending on the supplier, it’s sometimes possible to withdraw from the auction after it has ended, directly on the supplier’s website
  • Why should I be using INFINIT Buy?

    1. You no longer have to worry about being available during the auction; INFINIT takes care of it for you
    2. Since the vehicle is a Top Deal, already assessed by our experts, the time to obtain financing is much shorter than for a vehicle of unknown origin
  • Who can use INFINIT Buy?

    • Only Premium Plus dealers can use INFINIT Buy
  • Where is INFINIT Buy available?

    • INFINIT Buy is available in all markets
  • Is INFINIT Buy a paying feature?

    • No, INFINIT Buy is included within the Premium Plus subscription, with 0 extra fees
  • Do I need a credit line to use INFINIT Buy?

    • No, even without a credit line, without enough remaining credit line, or with a blocked credit line, you can still request for a car, but will have to pay for it using your own money
  • Can all cars be purchased with INFINIT Buy?

    • Yes, all cars published by INFINIT as Top Deals are available for INFINIT Buy

Multiposting

  • What is Multiposting?

    • Multiposting lets you post ads on multiple advertising portals at once through INFINIT. No need to log in to each portal—just one click and your ad goes live across several platforms.
  • Why should I use Multiposting?

  1. Save Time: Focus more on selling cars, not managing ads.
  2. Boost Sales: Get your cars seen by more potential buyers.
  3. No Extra Cost: It’s included in your INFINIT subscription.
  • Can I use Multiposting right now?
    • Multiposting is currently active in France, Spain, and Portugal. The Activation requirements are different per country, contact Customer Support to get the details of the activation.

In Spain, you can post to:

  • Are there any special rules for some portals?

    • Yes: Spain: For Coches.net, the access to Multiposting is restricted to higher price plans. You’ll need to ask your account manager if your plan supports Multiposting. In the case you can use Multiposting with them, once the Publication is created on INFINIT you need to access your coches.net dashboard and confirm the publication there.

Activation and Configuration

  • How do I activate Multiposting?

  • Spain & Portugal:

  1. Make sure you have accounts and paid plans with the portals you want to use.
  2. Send an email to your portal’s account manager requesting Inventario.pro to post ads on your behalf.
  3. Notify our Customer Success team so they can follow-up on the process.
    1. Provide them with an email and phone number you’d like to use to receive your leads.
    2. Confirm the portals you want access to, and if you already sent the emails.
  4. Once the portal confirms, you’re good to go! The process usually takes about seven days and you’ll receive a notification through email.
  • France
  1. Contact our Customer Success team.
  2. Provide an email and phone number for leads, and for each premium portal confirm the email you use to log in your account.
  3. Our team will send the request to the portals and should receive an answer in maximum 7 days.
  4. When the confirmation is ready you are good to go!
  • What information do I need to provide?

    • INFINIT takes care of most of it, like your company details. You’ll just need to confirm the email and phone number you want to use for receiving leads.
  • Can I add or remove portals later?

    • For now, reach out to our Customer Success team if you need changes. Soon, you’ll be able to manage this directly in INFINIT.

Functionality and Usage

  • Can I edit my ads after posting?

    • Yes! If you update an ad in INFINIT, the changes will automatically sync with all connected portals.
  • What happens if I sell a car?

    • You can deactivate the ad through INFINIT. We’ll take care of removing it from the portals. You just need to tell us why for our records.
  • Can I choose which portals my ads go to?

    • Not yet. Right now, all your ads are posted on every portal you’ve connected to INFINIT.
  • Can I see the status of my ads on INFINIT?

    • We’ll show you if the ad has been sent to Inventario.pro. More detailed tracking features are on the way.

Troubleshooting and Special Cases

  • What if I cancel my subscription with a portal?

    • That portal will be disconnected, and your ads won’t post there anymore.
  • What if I reach my posting limit on a portal?

    • You’ll need to manage your portal subscription directly to resolve that.
  • What happens if I unpublish an ad directly on a portal?

    • To avoid synchronization issues, always manage your publications through INFINIT. This ensures everything stays updated across all connected portals.
    • We recommend migrating all your current ads to INFINIT once you start using our Multiposting service. This will simplify your workflow and reduce errors.
    • Good news: Soon, we’ll introduce a tool that lets you migrate all your existing ads to INFINIT in just two clicks!
  • What if I’m not allowed to use Multiposting with Coches.net?

    • You can still post on Coches.net manually, and use Multiposting for other portals to save time.

Stock Overview

  • What is StockOverview?
    • StockOverview is a centralized feature that helps dealers manage their inventory effectively. It includes four key tabs:
      • MyStock: Active inventory ready for sale.
      • PurchaseRequests: Track vehicle purchases made through INFINIT.
      • Pricing: Access and request car pricing reports.
      • SoldCars: Review the history of vehicles sold.
    • While all tabs are currently available in all countries, full publication capabilities are available in Spain, Portugal, and France with the rest of countries coming soon!.
      • This means My Stock Tab will display active loans, as they represent some of the cars the dealer has in stock.
      • Dealers won’t be able to use Multiposting to add new cars to their stock.
      • Purchase Requests will be shown even if INFINIT Buys is not active, the tab will show a link to top deals.
      • Sold cars will reflect closed loans, as they represent cars that left the stock of the dealer.

MyStock

  • What is My Stock?

    • MyStock displays the dealer's current inventory of cars ready for sale. It provides tools to create, manage, and publish ads across multiple portals.
  • How can I add a new car to MyStock?

    • There are three ways to add cars to MyStock:
      1. Manually through a Multiposting ad:
        • Click the top banner in MyStock.
        • Input the VIN, specifications, photos, and description.
        • Click Publish to make the ad active.
      2. Automatically from a Top Deal purchase:
        • When you purchase a Top Deal using our Buying Agent, the car is added to your stock automatically.
      3. From financing requests:
        • If you finance a car purchase with INFINIT, we pull the information from the loan and create an unpublished ad.
        • You can then edit and publish the ad using the same flow as manual creation.
  • How do I unpublish a car?

    • To unpublish a car, select the vehicle in MyStock, choose Unpublish, and state the reason:
      • Needs repair/modifications.
      • Sold (moves the car to SoldCars).
  • Can I republish a sold car?

    • Sold cars cannot be republished. If needed, contact support to address duplicates or errors.

PurchaseRequests

  • What is the purpose of the PurchaseRequests tab?

    • This tab tracks all purchase activities initiated through INFINIT, allowing you to monitor active, completed, or failed requests.
  • How does INFINIT assist with purchasing cars?

    • Dealers can request INFINIT’s agent to participate in auctions on their behalf by providing their suppliers’ credentials, and a price limit. INFINIT handles the purchase and updates the status in the PurchaseRequests tab.
  • What types of purchase statuses can I see?

    • You can view:
      • Active requests: Purchases currently in progress.
      • Completed requests: Successfully purchased cars.
      • Failed requests: Unsuccessful purchase attempts.

Pricing

  • What is the Pricing tab?

    • The Pricing tab provides access to car appraisal reports and tools for valuing vehicles.
  • How do I request a pricing report?

    • Click Request Pricing Report in the tab. These reports can help you:
      • Appraise cars during purchases.
      • Evaluate cars for part-exchange deals.
  • Can I access past pricing reports?

    • Yes, the tab stores a record of all previously requested pricing reports for easy reference.

SoldCars

  • What is the SoldCars tab?

    • The SoldCars tab stores a history of vehicles that have been marked as sold, providing full details of past transactions.
  • Why are cars moved to SoldCars?

    • Cars are moved to this section when marked as sold in MyStock. This ensures inventory remains current and prevents duplication.
  • Can I edit or republish a sold car?

    • Sold cars cannot be republished or modified. For any issues, please contact support.

  • What is the Pricing tool?

    • The Pricing tool is an INFINIT service allowing you to estimate, for any given car, the selling and recommended buying prices, as well as comprehensive market data on rotation or number of similar vehicles sold recently

    • The Pricing tool is available in all markets
  • How does the Pricing tool work?

    1. Click on the Pricing tool shortcut on the home page
    2. Select a market, and enter either a VIN, a licens plate, or all specs of the car you wish to get an estimation for
