Managing Infinit Account

  • How do I reset my password?

    • To reset your password, visit the app or go to our login page at https://dealer.app.infinit.cc/login. Click on ‘Forgot password?’, enter your email, and select ‘Send reset link’. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

  • How can I delete my account?

    • Please navigate to Settings > Remove account. It is not possible to delete an Infinit account until all outstanding loans and fees are paid and your subscription period has ended. Please note that account deletion is not reversible.

  • Is there an app?

    • Yes, Infinit’s app is available on the web, iOS and Android

Operational Account

  • Where can I view my INFINIT bank operational account details?

    • You can view your INFINIT bank operational account details in the app by following these steps:
      1. Go to Financing → Account.
      2. At the top of the screen, you’ll find your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC. At the bottom, you’ll see your beneficiary details and an option to download your account certificate.

  • How can I download my account statement?

    • To have access to your INFINIT account statement, please contact your assigned Customer Success Manager.

  • How is available withdraw amount calculated?

    • Available withdraw amount corresponds to the total amount in your operational account minus the payments you need to make to settle the debts. Those payments are:
      • Vendor payments
      • Loan repayments
      • Interest payments

  • How can I get invoices for monthly fees and interest payments?

    • Each month, we’ll email you the invoices for your monthly fees and interest payments. If you’re missing an invoice, please contact your assigned Customer Success Manager.

Billing Fees

  • What are the payment options for Infinit fees?

    • Your Infinit fee can be paid by the following options:
      • Direct debit - easy payments by direct debit
      • Cash-free - pay your subscription when you sell vehicles currently in your inventory. Submit vehicles from your inventory to us, then use the proceeds from their sale to pay the Infinit annual fee. Whilst you work to sell the vehicles, access your credit line to buy additional vehicles to sell at a profit. It’s the cash-free way to start profiting from Infinit.

  • What are the details of the cash-free payment option?

  • How much time do I have to sell the vehicle?

    • Payment of the Infinit fee (and deposit, if applicable) is due within 150 days. If the vehicle is unsold sold within 150 days, the amount will be requested direct by Infinit

  • How long will it take for my vehicles to be approved?

    • Vehicles will be accepted or queried within one business day

  • How many vehicles can loans be secured against?

    • For €100k credit lines - 1-3 vehicles
    • For €300k credit lines - 1-5 vehicles
    • For €500k credit lines - 1-7 vehicles

  • What criteria must the vehicle meet to be eligible?

    • Be in good condition
    • Have no current financing
    • Have mileage confirmed
    • Have not been subject to mileage manipulation
    • Have no significant advisories in their vehicle history
    • Have not been in a major accident
    • Have no issue with the ownership
    • Have been purchased (and registered) within 60 days
    • Not be older than ten years
    • Not have been driven more than 150,000km
    • Have a value (excluding VAT) of €/£9,000 or more

  • Will an invoice be issued for my Infinit fee if I choose the cash-free payment option?

    • Yes, an invoice will be issued to you noting the terms of the cash-free payment option

  • I want to cancel my Infinit plan. What do I do?

    • You may cancel your plan 30 days before annual renewal. Please notify your Customer Success Manager if you intend to cancel your plan.

  • What are the different subscription plans?

    • Infinit offers two subscription plans
